Mk1a Engine swap donor car for sale - £295 ono
http://www.mr2mk1club.com/images/imported/2011/08/SDC10253-1.jpg
Good bits
Fibreglass rear arches, no more rear arch rot !
Magnex s/s exhaust (worth ~£200)
vgc MkIII 15" alloys ( worth ~£100/£150) with good Kumho Ecsta tyres
New Radiator
Mk1b front brakes
Solid sills.
Front strut brace
Nice clean interior
Sony CD player
Bad bits
Engine running badly. Won't idle once hot, uses 'lots' of oil, smokes. I think the rings have gone. Had new h/g, timing belt and idler pulley etc recently but will need opening up again if you plan to reuse it.
Front and rear bumper bars are rusty (bolt-in parts)
No MOT.
No Tax.
Some of the paintwork a bit homebrew.
Cracked windscreen.
Rust hole on the 'outer' bodywork of the bottom of each of the B-Posts (NOT the chassis sills)
£295 ono - Brighton
So in summary an ideal engine tranplant donor car. Fg rear arches, no 'structural' rust issues, about £300 worth of parts you can sell leaving you with a pretty solid Mk1 donor car for FREE ! (plus I'm effectively giving you a fiver)
