Wanted fuel breather valve + rear bumper metal trim piece

Hi, I am after a fuel breather valve as shown in the link below. I am also after the black metal flat trim pice that is secured to the underside of the rear bumper by about 8 bolts. Both to fit the 1989 Mk1b.

Sorted for the trim piece, not convinced my replacment valve is any good. Any good way of testing it?
