I didn't know it was for sale anywhere else yet. I have an email off Steve tonight and he said it was valued at between £10,000 and £13,500. So i thought i would put the feelers out in the club at £11000 for him.

hi , very nice car Neal .this car is an investment and not for driving ,you would have to trailer it to shows even , is it worth the money 100% yes but as a show piece . he might even be able to sell it back to japan for the asking price going off what there fetching over there .

WOW, Stunning! Slightly higher miles than the Mk1a i saw for sale last year at 2600! lol
As dal mentioned, probably best suited as a show piece and therefore someone with the spare cash and space to keep it that way. I would love it myself but i have neither of those prerequisites ;-)

I should point out that i am not taking a cut out of the sale price, i will just forward prospective purchacers onto the owner. I am just trying to help him out as he has been a very good customer of mine, buying all the 'new in original TOYOTA packaging' items i get.
I don't have a large enough garage to store it in, but my brother has a large garage, and he has a large car collection, including a MG Metro 6R4 with just 147 miles from new, and a Renault 5 Turbo 2 with less than 1000 miles from new. Amongst a lot of other rally cars and a 1985 Benetton/Alfa F1 car!!. I'll try to convince him that he shoud have it in his collection.
