Reluctantly, we're selling our cherished MR2. Family commitments prevent us giving it the care it deserves, so it's time to move it on. It is a Black T-Bar with 114,000 miles. It has recently had a new fuel pump, 4 new tyres and an alternator, having been SORN for a time. It has a year's MOT and Tax and a new battery too.
Looking for £1200 ono. We're in Bromley, South London

A black mk1b!! These don't come up for sale very often. I reckon this will sell quickly. I would have snapped it up a couple of months ago when i was looking. Would it be acceptable to keep collecting mk1s?!

ZOMG they dont come much rarer than that if its a genuine factory black car. Looks a bargain

Seems like a great price for a rare black MR2! (I own a original black Mk1a), good luck with the sale. As others have said I dont think it will be for sale for long.
Thanks

I've only ever seen one black t-bar in the flesh and that was at JAE a few years back!
I'd put it up for more if I were you. Now this is rare!

It was MOT'd in July and runs well. I'll take more pics when I've detailed the engine bay.

Never seen a black t-bar before! Looks good! :)
soooooooo rare in black as they were a stupidly expensive extra cost option if there is more than a handful of genuine black 1B T bar cars here in the UK I'll eat my own eyeballs!!!!!!!!!!!!
anyone grabbing that car for £1,200 can enjoy the fact that that is a proper rare bargain car, my advice asuming that it is straight and rot free is "GET IT BOUGHT!!!!!"

Sorry guys. Clutch hydraulics have gone fubar, so have ordered overhaul kit from Toyota (£65 for master and slave - ouch!). Hope to sort this minor hitch next weekend. Will update then.
