I have just noticed that my bank has paid a Standing Order to the club for £23, this being the old paper magazine membership rate. Instead of a refund, could you extend my membership until 2015?

I have cancelled my existing Standing Order.

Will do Douglas, we have quite a few people who have not altered their standing orders so you are not alone. Tom has set up a new database so in the very near future everyone will be able to see online when their membership expires. Thanks for letting us know.

I've noted you down Douglas and matched your account up to your membership number in our database.

There have been quite a few people that have paid by standing order for various amounts. Tommy or myself will be contacting them all in due course offering them either a partial refund or a membership extension.
