I spoke to James (Cardhore in the link above) about refurbing teardrops at Brands Hatch recently, standard and polished. He can look to do either but for the polished finish he would look at other options rather than diamond cutting. Worth getting in contact with but you'll need to send him some wheels to work with.

do they have any kerbing? its the rims that are important as the diamond cutting will remove some of the face.
oh do they have tyres? could we meet up on the M4 ?

No tyres I'm afraid. I'll take some pictures today once I've dug them out. I can't meet along the m4, but I'm going to be in London next week if that's any good.

So, I've got them out. They're all fairly straight, no big dents or chunks missing. One has a slightly bent rim and they all have light kerbing flat spots.
