email limit

Hi, can someone have a look at my email limit. As I am unable to send a PM as my limit is 5 which can't be right. As I am sure I am a paid member.

If you were a paid member your name would be green. It looks like your membership has lapsed, Tom will confirm though.

I did get a email to say my membership is due to expire on the 4th April. And I am sure I click on renew and paid via paypal. Maybe I am getting confused with IMOC. I will have a look at my paypal statement. if not I will re-join

I've double checked and we didn't receive your renewal payment.

You should have received a renewal due E-mail as mentioned, but also two renewal overdue E-mails after that.

Just renew via the Upgrade Membership button at the top of the forum once you've confirmed the above from your end. :) Once you do that, your allowances will be re-instated immediately.

All sorted now Tom. I thought I was set up for auto renew for some reason. Anyway I renewed my membership
