Need one front lower ball joint spacer.
removed my old front ball joints and found one of the spacers was missing!.
Please PM me if you have one you can sell

It's not unusual to find one missing, seems to depend on the maker of the ball joint, some come with spacers, some come without. There's no part number in the EPC for them either.

Thanks Jimi, the side that the one was missing on looked like an after market ball joint.
I've got new blue print ball joints that didnt come with spacers so I assume that I don't need them

I looked into this before but couldn't find a definitive answer, there seems to equal numbers of people that have them fitted / refitted and those that have left them out.
Did find this quote (and other people have mentioned the same thing)
I believe it's there to counter the weight of the driver, as it's always the OSF that it's fitted to it seems, best guess.
also found it is shown in the BGB (but not the EPC)

Not much help I know, seems to be your choice whether you fit it or not.

Thanks for looking into this Jimi.
My spacer was on the OSF, so that might be why.
