No it was k box in Canada but they don't seem to stock them now .

I asked Paul Sims for some a couple of months ago, he says they're like hens teeth to get good condition ones with intact captive nuts.

Okay, so I've got two pairs of C pillar trims with all captive nuts intact.

Rough suggested price? I want to be fair all round.

I have no idea what they are worth. Can I wait til the end of the month? I'm having daily cambelt done tomorrow and i'll be skint until next friday...

I plan on trying when i get some time as i have a rather broken spare set. I will probably try plastic welding though as it is always much stronger than glue

I used Araldite when I mended some a while ago, which was okay but I should have used the quick setting stuff as it took an age for the standard stuff to dry and it tends to run and sag away from where you want it before it has cured, which was annoying. I ended up applying several layers but it worked okay. If I did one again though, I'd probably try using a hot glue gun instead as it's quicker.

The trick is to ensure the nuts are positioned correctly when applying the glue, and that they are sat at the same height but not any higher than they were originally, otherwise the end of the large bolt won't sit flush to the outer edge of the trim when you screw it back in place.

If any body has any with broken nuts I am in need of some as I have been greedy and left myself short on 4 that I am restoring . cash waiting ..... Everybody wants unbroken ones and you just cannot get them anymore me included
