Engine only 80K

I am selling my spare engine, it has come from the F reg automatic Mk1 I had and as an auto it never go thrashed over the 7/8 year that I had it, it is now fitter with a flywheel for a manual box, it has only done approximately 80K on removing the cam covers this is how clean The engine is inside
