2.This is the closing date for notifying the show organizers, I MUST have all requests by this date!

3. I WILL NEED YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, CAR REGISTRATION AND PHONE NUMBER
in order to register the tickets..

4. IT IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR MR2 MK1 TO BE ON THE CLUB STAND BETWEEN 8.00 AND 9.00 AM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE IT UNTIL 4.00PM. PLEASE LEAVE GOOD TIME TO GET IN TO THE DISPLAY AREA AS THERE UP TO 2000 CARS ON DISPLAY,
THE EARLIER YOU ARE THE LEAST TIME YOU WILL BE IN THE QUEUE.

Bookings can be made for one, or two days, and I also need to know if you will be camping. The charge for camping is £10.00 for any length of time. For motor homes and caravans the fee is £20.00. You can arrive after 10.00 am on Friday.
help in setting up our area is always welcome.
You can camp from Friday noon the 18th if you like and make it a long weekend.

In previous years, places have been booked quickly and I already have confirmed booking requests for this very popular event. To date, the following have booked places,

Passes for August have arrived and been sent out. For those attending Silverstone, I'll bring them with me.

There is a printing error that I was told to correct so 'don't panic' they're genuine.

You will see we are on yet another pitch. The last one available!!!! So next year as soon as I have the dates I'll put them up.

I'm asking you all consult you diaries and let me know ASAP! For both dates.

We nearly lost our place and wouldn't have got it back!

If I get enough interest I'll make enquiries about a larger pitch.

Yes, but I think the problem with the August Tatton is people are on holiday so perhaps push the June weekend for a better turn out?

Saturday was a bit of a washout but the stand looked good despite the rain, there was just a lack of punters to view it.

Part two, as you can see Sunday was a bit of a mud-bath.

So cars arriving on Sunday morning were directed to park where they landed and were scattered about the site,

so the stand looked a bit forlorn! Thanks to Gary and Jeff with his Bug, again for helping to pad things out.

We managed to entertain and frighten some brave children and their parents, again, and annoy a grumpy lady on the nearby Classic camper stand with the tugboat horn, result!
