Passenger front wing panel

Hi Chaps

Does anyone know who sells new MR2 MK1 car parts? I am looking for a new passenger front wing panel - current one is having yet another rust issue and I think its about time I changed it

Toyota no longer produces new replacement panels for the mk1 unfortunately, and any remaining stock in private hands now command very high prices so please consider keeping your existing ones unless they are beyond repair. Any bad sections can usually be cut out and replaced with new metal with little trouble.


In any case there are two main sources for MR2 parts:

I am replacing our front wings with new old stock items purchased some time ago, work planned for October. The old ones may well be capable of repair and I will offer them up here when off the car

Thanks for your help Jonathan - I'll look into your suggestion to cut out the bad bit and replace with new. I have daelt with Neil before and will try Paul
