HI got my 1st mk1 (t-top) a few year's back, (F reg) in red with black leather.
Just got a dark blue E-reg sunroof model, was in the local paper, £250 spare's or repair.
no t or t easy repair. thought that will do 4 spares !!
Bloke say's needs a tyre !! (got 4 off my F-reg in garage) :D
Exhaust blowing, my lodger is a tyre & exhaust fitter :D
Divers side arch is starting 2 go. + drivers side front wing lower.
Same as my F-reg (both rears on that 1) Got my work cut out then lol
Got it 4 £220 :o loads of bills with it, all mot's 4 the last 10 yeear's.
booked in 4 mot. fingers crossed it will be ok.
Hav a roll cage on order (not cheap) track day's here we come, mr2 challage :shock:

sounds like a bargain for spares etc.

If you are contemplating doing the mr2 racing, make sure the rollcage you get is an approved one for the races, as IIRC they only allowed one type and had to be bought from one place (also the 2 different series for mk1's may have different stipulations)
There are loads of us that do trackdays, so keep your eyes on the events section if any group days are organised.

Sounds handy having an exhaust and tyre fitter as a lodger :+:
