Going towards the Brewery roundabout at the crossing just before the range coming away from exchange street.
It was around 1.15pm & was a T-bar with paint peeling off the front bonnet & driven by a bloke. The reg began with G808 or similar.
I was waiting at the crossing with a colleague as were walking into town on lunch. I did say rather loudly " I have one of them but its not a t-bar" haha.
