View Full Version : Red 1989 T bar Spares or Repair £350

Bought as a winter project but now I'm moving to a flat with no garage and so nowhere to work on it :(
No Tax or MOT 145,000 miles
Has full service history including original bill of sale and only 3 former keepers. It's a T Bar with shades and bags intact. Leather seats in need of a refurb and the bodywork needs some tlc. The main fault is the engine. It only runs on three cylinders. It starts and runs and the car can be driven but there appears to be no compression on No. 1 cylinder. The alloys are in good nick and the tyres are good too. Has Toad imobiliser. It was my intention to change the engine but I'm not going to attempt this in the open air!
I'm not going to break the car so please don't ask.

Where you located? I have changed engines in the street before. Want to merge our cars and make one for us to sell or you can keep.
My car's mechanics and engine are super sounds.
Your body is better (especially without my broken bumper and pop up light)

Thanks for all your interest so far.
I will extract the car from the garage again at the weekend for some more pics. Please let me know if anyone else has something they want more pics of so I can do them all in one go.

Offside arches look fine. Here are the nearside ones. And the offside underneath has a hole too! It just gets better and better... :wtf:
