Looks tidy. Good luck with the sale.
One thing I will point out though.
The car will come with a full 12 months mot and may tax it if the price reaches reserve.
If the car does not reach the reserve then you have no obligation to sell it, why not just advertise it with 6 months tax? Just my 10p.
