MR2 Racing Pembrey 16th & 17th May

Just back from a very enjoyable afternoons MR2 racing!

Having never seen a Mk1 on track, I was really impressed by how well they handled & the times they were doing in comparison to some of the other cars. The only downside was the weather & the fact that I couldn't make it for the whole week-end!!

Debs/Jinx - was keepin an "eye-out" for you guys but to no avail. My 12-yr old was looking forward to meeting the guy who's car is in "that video"! We did have a quick look around the paddock during the lunch break but didn't like to nosey about too much, as we weren't sure if we were actually allowed in there??

Hybrids - thought you're car looked really good until we passed you on the M4 & saw the drivers side!

Cant wait till next year!

Really sorry we didn't manage to catch up, we where camped out in the Paddock area, albeit a bit wet and wind swept, had I realised should have said raid the Paddock area, as yes you are allowed in there.

Was a fantastic weekend of racing, thrills, spills and a few dents
